Creveti in crusta de susan (Sesame shrimps)



Ingrediente:

  • 500 g creveti curatati
  • 1 ou
  • 1/2 cana faina
  • 4 linguri susan
  • cate 1/4 lingurita de piper negru macinat, sare, pudra 5 arome (daca ai)
  • ulei pentru prajit
Pentru sos
  • 5 catei usturoi rasi fin
  • 2 cm ghimbir ras fin
  • 2 linguri pasta de susan (tahini)
  • 1 lingura vin de orez (sau vin alb sec)
  • 2 lingurite miere
  • 2 linguri sos soia
  • 1/2 lingurita sos iute de ardei (sau dupa gust)
  • zeama de la o limetta (sau lamaie)
Se amesteca bine toate ingredientele (eventual intr-un bleneder). Inainte de a-l folosi gusta sosul, poate iti place mai sarat (adauga sos de soia) sau mai acru (adauga lamaie).

Indicatii:

Intr-un castron bate bine oul.
Amesteca faina cu susanul, sarea, piperul, 5 arome si pune-le pe o farfurie intinsa
Incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie mare.
Da fiecare crevete prin ou, apoi prin amestecul cu faina si prajeste cate 3 minute pe fiecare parte, la foc mijlociu- mare (pana cand devin aurii). Scurge excesul de ulei punandu-i pe prosoape de hartie.
Serveste crevetii cu sos si eventual cu taietei de orez. Presara ceapa verde.

Ingredients:
  • 500 g shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp of each: salt, black pepper powder, 5 spices powder (if you have)
  • oil, for deep frying
For sauce
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 2 cm ginger finely grated
  • 2 tbs sesame paste (tahini) 
  • 1 tbs rice wine (or dry white wine)
  •  2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbs hot chilli sauce
  • 1 lemon, the juice 
Mix well all ingredients (you can use a blender) and taste it before using, to be at your taste.


Beat the egg in a bowl.
Mix the other dry ingredients.
Heat the oil in a large pan.
Pass each shrimp through egg, than through flour mixture and fry it 3 minutes on each side (or until golden).
Serve with the sauce and with rice noodles.
