O selectie a retetelor pe care le puteti face pentru masa de Pasti. Cum eu nu mananc miel, carnea folosita e de pui sau porc.

These is my selection for Easter dinner.  

Oua vopsite si lumanari de Pasti (Easter eggs and candles)

In loc de drob (Chicken liver pate)

 

Pasca fara coca (Romanian cheesecake for Easter)

Tort de clatite cu saumon fume (Crepes with saumon fumee)

Ciorba de loboda (Greens bortsch)



Muschi de vita cu sos de otet balsamic (Filet mignion with balsamic glaze)

Risotto cu sparanghel (Asparagus risotto)

Scrumbie la cuptor ( Mackerel cooked in oven)

Tort cu mousse de capsuni si glazura de ciocolata (Strawberry mousse Cake with Chocolate glaze)

Tort "Noapte instelata" (Starlight Night cake)

Ciocolata pana la moarte (Death by chocolate in my version)

Bavareza cu ciocolata (Bavarian cream with chocolate)

Inghetata de mango (Mango ice cream)
