Cheesecake de ciocolata, la rece (No bake choco cheesecake)

O reteta numai  buna pentru o duminica torida. Acesta este un cheesecake de ciocolata facut la rece, fara cuptor si fara oua. Numai rabdare sa ai sa se intareasca crema in frigider  :D

Ingrediente pentru o tava rotunda de 26 cm:
  • 300 g biscuiti (eu am folosit Petite beurre, dar si biscuitii digestivi sunt buni)
  • 120 -150 g unt, topit
  • 400 g branza de vaci (sau branza tip Fagaras)
  • 300 ml smantana (eu am folosit LaDorna 20%)
  • 10 g gelatina (un pliculet), amestecata cu 5 linguri de apa
  • 200 g ciocolata neagra 55%
  • 100 g zahar


Cum se face:
  • Sfarama biscuitii (manual sau cu robotul de bucatarie) pana devin ca un pesmet. Amesteca in ei 120 g de unt topit. Amesteca foarte bine. Daca untul s-a absorbit, dar au mai ramas biscuiti neinmuiati, mai poti adauga cate putin unt. Pune biscuitii in forma rotunda cu pereti detasabili si apasa-i bine cu ajutorul unei linguri, pana formeaza un blat.

  • Pune forma de tort la frigider.
  • Pune branza intr-un blender si las-o pana ce se face ca o crema.
  • Incalzeste smantana impreuna cu zaharul, la foc mic pana da un clocot. Ia smantana de pe foc si ai grija ca zaharul sa se fi dizolvat. Amesteca bine. Adauga ciocolata rupta bucati mici. LAsa putin, apoi amesteca bine cu lingura pentru ca ciocolata sa se omogenizeze. Daca mai raman bucati de ciocolata netopite, mai pune putin pe foc sa se incalzeasca crema. Amesteca bine.
  • Adauga gelatina si amesteca bine pana cand este incorporata total. Adauga branza si amesteca bine.
  • Pune crema de branza peste blatul de biscuiti si lasa la frigider pana a doua zi (sau pana se intareste foarte bine)
  • Inainte de servire, da cu lama ascutita a unui cutit de jur imprejur si scoate peretii detasabili.
Sa aveti o saptamana frumoasa va doresc si multumesc pentru vizita. Va mai astept.

English version

A good recipe for a torrid Sunday . This is a chocolate cheesecake, with no eggs and no bake. You only need some patience to allow the cream to harden in refrigerator : D
Ingredients for a 26 cm round tray:
  •     300 g biscuits 
  •     120 -150 g butter, melted
  •     400 g cottage cheese
  •     300 ml cream 
  •     10 g gelatin , mixed with 5 tablespoons water
  •     200 g dark chocolate 55%
  •     100 g sugar
How to:

   
Break the biscuits (manual or with food processor) to become as breadcrumbs. Mix with 120 g of melted butter. Mix well. If the butter is absorbed, but some biscuits are still dry, you may add a little more butter. Put the mixture in round tray with removable walls and press it with the back of a spoon until the base is formed. Put the tray in refrigerator.
   
Blend the cottage cheese until it becomes creamy.
   
Mix cream with sugar over low heat, until sugar is dissolved. Add chocolate broken into small pieces. Leave a little, then mix well. If there are still pieces of chocolate, heat the mixture a bit more. Mix well.
    
Add gelatin and mix well until all is incorporated. Add cheese and mix well.
    
Put the cheese cream over the biscuits and leave it overnight in refrigerator.
    
Before serving, give removing the tray's walls.
