Pizza cu pui marinat (Marinated chicken pizza)

Am vrut sa fie un pranz mai consistent, asa ca am folosit piept de pui pe care l-am aromatizat putin.

 Ingrediente
Pentru pizza
  • aluat de pizza (reteta e mai jos)
  • 1 piept de pui
  • 250 g mozzarela, taiata cubulete
  • 4 linguri pasta de rosii
  • 2-3 linguri de oregano uscat
  • cateva masline
  • cateva ciuperci
  • frunze de busuioc, pentru ornat
Pentru marinada
  • 1 cana vin (rosu am avut eu, dar poti folosi si alb)
  • 2 linguri sos de soia
  • zeama de la o portocala
  • 1 ceapa verde, taiata bucati
  • 1 usturoi verde taiat bucati
  • 10 boabe de piper
Pentru aluatul de pizza 
  • 400 g faina 550
  • 25 g drojdie
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 1 cana apa calduta
  •  1/2 lingurita zahar
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline
Amesteci toate ingredientele marinadei si lasi in ea pieptul de pui peste noapte.Ca sa faci aluatul, amesteca drojdia si zaharul in apa calduta cam 10 minute. Cerne faina cu sarea si amestec-o cu drojdia si uleiul. Framanata pana ce rezulta o coca elastica si care nu se mai lipeste de maini. Pune intr-un castron, acopera cu folie alimentara si lasa 1 ora sa creasca. Dupa acest timp scoate coca din castron si framant-o din nou, ca sa scoti tot aerul din ea. Intinde pizza in forma dorita si lasa 1/2 de ora sa creasca.
Incalzeste cuptorul la 200 C.
Scoate puiul din marinada, il scurgi putin si il prepari la gratar. Eu l-am facut in tigaia antiaderenta. Ai grija ca se arde usor.
Taie puiul cubulete.
Pe aluatul de pizza intinde pasta de rosii. Deasupra presara oregano. Pune cuburile de mozzarella, apoi cuburile de pui, ciupercile si maslinele.
Baga in cuptor pentru 20-30 minute.
Cand e gata serveste-o ornata cu frunze de busuioc.






 I wanted to be a consistent lunch , so I used chicken meat marinated with spices.

For pizza
  • pizza dough (recipe follows)
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 250 g mozzarella, cut in small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 Tbs dry oregano
  • few green olives
  • few mushrooms, sliced
  • basil leaves, to garnish
 For marinade
  • 1 cup wine (I had red, but white is good too)
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 orange, the juice
  • 1 spring onion, cut in small pieces
  • pepper
For pizza dough
  • 400 g flour for bread
  • 25 g fresh yeast (I think is equivalent with 1 package of dry yeast)
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
Mix all ingredients of the marinade. put the chicken inside and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
To make the pizza dough, mix yeast with sugar and water and let it rest 10 min. Sift the flour. Pour the flour into a large bowl or on a work surface. Mold the flour in a mound shape with a hole in the center. Pour in the center the yeast mix, olive oil, and salt. Mix with to form a dough. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface. Place the dough on the floured surface an knead it until it no longer sticking to your hands and becomes elastic. Flour a large bowl and transfer the dough in it. Leave for an hour, covered with cling film and wet towel. When the dough is double its original size, punch it down to eliminate the air bubbles. With a rolling pin shape the dough as you want, put it in a tray and leave it to arise for 1/2 hour.
Meanwhile heat the oven at 220 C.
Take the meat out of marinade and tap it a bit with paper towels, to dry it. Grill or cook it on an anti adherent pan with no oil. Cut the meat in small slices.  
Spread tomato paste evenly over the dough. Sprinkle oregano and mozzarella cubes. Spread all other ingredients. 
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Decorate with basil leaves.
