Nu ne cunoastem inca, dar cu timpul sper sa devenim prieteni.
Am trecut de mult de anii copilariei, asa ca nu ma mai pot juca in nisip. Acesta este acum locul meu de joaca.
Joaca de-a bucatarul. Nu am studii in domeniu si nici nu imi doresc sa castig bani din asta. Imi indragesc prea mult meseria ca sa renunt la ea.
Tot ceea ce postez pe blog este apoi mancat de familie, prieteni, colegi si cine se mai gaseste prin preajma. Hobby-ul acesta a inceput acum aproximativ un an doi ani, nici eu nu stiu cum. Vroiam mai de mult sa am un blog si, cum in domeniul culinar ma pricepeam cel mai bine, am zis hai sa incerc. Si imi place tare mult. Mi-as dori sa pot face fotografii mult mai bune, dar pana una alta camera mea foto atat poate. Imi doresc ca Mos Craciun sa imi aduca una noua. :P
Imi place enorm mancarea Indiana. De aceea in multe retete vei gasi condimente cu nume ciudate. Toate sunt cumparate din Romania. Daca vrei sa ma intrebi despre ele, cu mare drag iti raspund.
M-am gandit sa numesc blogul meu "Cooking with my soul" pentru ca asa cred eu ca trebuie sa decurga gatitul: din tot sufletul. In definitiv, si asta e o hrana a sufletului, nu? :)
Discutiile cu prietenii sunt foarte placute, asa ca abia astept comentariile tale. Iti multumesc pentru vizita si ne mai vedem.
PS: Scriu retetele si in limba engleza pentru ca ma viziteaza multa lume care nu stie limba romana si Google Translate nu traduce foarte inteligibil. Cum nu stapanesc foarte bine aceasta limba straina, e posibil sa apara unele greseli. Daca e asa, imi poti spune,nu ma supar.

I called my blog "Cooking With My Soul" because I think this is the way of cooking: from the heart. In the end, this is a food of the soul too, right? :)
