Aceasta este o paine ca o lipie, foarte des intalnita alaturi de mancarurile indiene. Caracteristica ei e ca prin coacere se desface si lasa in mijloc un gol. Se mananca simpla sau umpluta cu carne tocata, cartofi, ceapa si multe altele.
Painea aceasta este foarte buna calda, direct din cuptor.
Ingrediente:
- 500 g faina de paine
- 7 g drojdie uscata
- 100 ml iaurt
- 100 ml lapte, caldut
- 100 - 150 ml apa , calduta
- 1 lingurita miere
- 1 lingurita sare
- 2 linguri ulei
- Amesteca drojdia cu mierea si 50 ml apa. Lasa pana cand incepe sa faca spuma
- Amesteca faina, sarea, uleiul si iaurtul. Adauga laptele, drojdia si restul de 50 ml apa
- Amesteca cu o lingura la inceput, apoi framanta cu mana pana ce coca devine elastica. Daca coca e prea tare, mai aduga cate putina apa, pana devine mai moale.
- Lasa coca la crescut intr-un castron cam 1 ora, sau pana ce isi dubleaza volumul
- In timpul acesta incalzeste cuptorul la temperatura maxima si pune in el o tava mare, ca sa se incalzeasca bin. Daca ai piatra pentru pizza, foloseste-o.
- Cu mainile unse cu ulei (sau cu putina faina) scoate coca din castron si imparte-o in 10 bucati.
- Intinde 3 bucati de coca sub forma ovala, nu prea subtire,ca sa nu iasa foarte uscate dupa copt
- Pune cele 3 bucati in tava incinsa si coace la 225 C (foarte tare) 7 minute, apoi intoarce pe cealalta parte si mai coace 7 minute (in total cam 15 minute ajung)
- Scoate painea din cuptor si pune tava la loc in cuptor, ca sa se incalzeasca din nou. Mai coace 3 bucati. Continua pana cand termini toata coca.
- Serveste painea calda cu ce curry iti place

This bread is very common near Indian dishes. It can be simple or filled with minced meat, potatoes, onions and other fillings.
The best way to serve it is hot, directly from the oven.
Ingredients:
* 500 g bread flour
* 7 g dry yeast
* 100 ml yogurt
* 100 ml milk, warm
* 100-150 ml water, lukewarm
* 1 teaspoon honey
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons oil
How To:
* Mix the yeast with honey and 50 ml water. Leave until it begins to foam
* Mix flour, salt, oil and yogurt. Add milk, yeast and remaining water
* Mix with a spoon at first, then knead by hand until dough becomes elastic
* Leave the dough to rise in a bowl about 1 hour or until double in size
* During this heat oven to maximum temperature and put in it a large tray, to heat very well
* With oil lubricated hands (or using some flour) take out the dough from bowl and divide it into 10 pieces.
* Stretch 3 pieces of dough in an oval shape, not too thin
* Put the three breads in hot pan and bake at 225 C (high temperature) 7 min, then turn on the other side and continue baking 7 minutes (in total, 15 minutes are enough)
* Remove from oven and put other three breads in the tray. Continue until you finish all the dough.
* Serve warm bread with any curry that you like
